You’ll be the first to know any big announcements, updates and what our weekend produce specials will be!
Members can unsubscribe from our marketing content at any time. Please click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter or SMS, otherwise, email us at marketing@marketorganics.com.au and we will manually remove you. You can email us to get back on the mailing list as well.
Loyalty Points
You will automatically earn points when you shop. You’ll get 1 point for every $1.00 spent in store. 1 point earned at Market Organics equals 1 cent. These points will build up on your account and be stored there until your reach 500 points ($5.00). Every time you reach 500 points, you will be able to redeem your $5.00! There is no maximum balance, you can keep earning the more you shop.
If you have 1,000 points, then you’ll have enough to redeem $10.00! If you are just shy and have 950 points, then you will only have enough to redeem $5.00. In this scenario, you will only spend 500 points and keep the remaining 450 points.
To check how many points you currently have, you can ask one of our staff at checkout to look them up for you. Staff will also be alerted that you have $5.00 on your membership and let you know at checkout. We also have an automated email system that will send you points updates every time you make a purchase with us. This email is sent to the email address you provided when signing up.
$10.00 Birthday Voucher
All members who are eligible will receive a $10.00 voucher on their account! That's right, we'll treat you to a special gift on your special day! To be eligible we use your birthday day and month, you signed up with, our system will send out an automated email wishing you a happy birthday and next time you are in store to let one of our staff members know you have a birthday voucher ready to use. You don’t have to use it on the day, you will have 30 days to use the birthday voucher before it expires.
