MO KITCHEN RECIPE:
BEETROOT HUMMUS

Feed the family with healthy, delicious beetroot hummus! Pair with chips or flatbread for a fantastic snack!
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 large Beetroot (roasted or raw)
1 tin of Chickpeas, and the Aquafaba liquid they come in
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 large clove of Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/3 cup Unhulled Tahini
METHOD
Chop Beetroot into small chunks.
Place half the aquafaba liquid and all other ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Taste, and add aquafaba or lemon juice as required.
