Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
1 Sheet puffed pastry, thawed
1 Large onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Cup crumbed goats cheese
Fresh thyme
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until caramelised.
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread Ozganics Onion and Balsamic Relish over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with caramelized onions and crumbled goat cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
