You might have bumped into Jeff or Karen during one of their instore tastings, or savored their 100% natural smoked meats, mushrooms, or sauces. Now, they've introduced a new FODMAP-friendly option, free from garlic, onion, and added sugar.

Engaging with Market Organics customers was key. They sought feedback on everything from protein choices to seasoning preferences.

They settled on pulled beef chuck in a smaller Duo format, perfect for those who prefer smaller portions. The challenge was finding flavorful combinations without onion and garlic. Market Organics customers then also provided feedback during instore tastings, helping to refine the recipe even further, to ensure they had a recipe that people love.

The final product includes Dijon mustard, tomato, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and cumin—simple yet incredibly delicious.

"It's quickly become one of our best sellers," Jeff proudly states. "It's a hit with every palate."
