Mungalli Creek Dairy features north QLD biodynamic dairy range comprising milk, cream, soft and hard cheese, pot set yoghurts, Greek yoghurts, ice cream and frozen yogurt.
The farm is worked employing biodynamic farming practices. This is a method of farming which produces healthy living soil and in turn healthy plants and animals. Similar to organic farming, there is no use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, antibiotic or hormones.
The milk is treated gently and as it has not been homogenised, the cream rises naturally to the top.
