Join us for our MO Health & Wellness Workshops, where Jason and Tracey from Buchi will demonstrate how easy it is to add fermented drinks and foods into your life. They will also touch on why Gut Health is so important to your overall health.

This workshop is all about celebrating Market Organic’s farmers fresh Spring seasonal produce, we will show you how to create vegetable ferments for everyday health at home. It's easy to harness the abundance the seasons have to offer through the ancient art of fermentation. At the ferment workshop we will demonstrate:
